Debt Collection

We recover your financial dues through legitimate legal channels — without stalling, without concession, and as quickly as possible.

About the Service

Your money should never be lost

Overdue debts cost you more than just money — they cost you focus, time, and peace of mind. The longer you wait, the lower your chances of recovery. A debt left untouched for a year is, practically speaking, a debt close to being lost.

We handle debt collection with a clear methodology: a calculated legal escalation — from formal notice to precautionary attachment to payment orders — placing you in the strongest possible legal position, and forcing the debtor either to settle or to surrender your right through enforcement.

How We Work

A Clear, Effective Collection Methodology

Four calculated steps that put you in the strongest legal position against the debtor.

1

Debt Assessment

We review the documents (invoices, contracts, cheques, correspondence) to assess the strength of your case and confirm written evidence.

2

Legal Notice

Sending a formal notarized notice — 40% of cases are resolved at this stage.

3

Court Proceedings

If the debtor doesn't respond, we file a payment-order suit (fast track) or a regular collection suit depending on the case.

4

Actual Enforcement

After judgment, we move to attach the debtor's assets or issue a travel ban until full payment is made.

FAQ

Your Questions on Debt Collection

Payment Order: For fixed, determined, and due debts (cheque, signed invoice, acknowledgment of debt). Resolved in 7–21 days.

Regular Suit: For disputed debts, taking months depending on complexity. We determine the appropriate path for you from the first meeting.
The UAE cheque law saw amendments in 2022. Bouncing a cheque is still a criminal offense in certain cases, and the cheque can be used as a direct enforcement instrument without filing a lawsuit — saving significant time and guaranteeing faster, stronger recovery of your right.
We offer two flexible arrangements:

1. Fixed Fees: Agreed up front, based on debt size and complexity.
2. Percentage of Recovered Debt (partial-fee model): Lower upfront cost, with a percentage taken from the recovered amount upon success.

We agree on the fee structure with full transparency before starting.
We handle international collection. The UAE has signed international conventions that allow enforcement of judgments in many countries, especially Gulf and Arab states. We assess the feasibility of collection before starting and explain the expected cost and timeline.
A travel ban is a court order preventing the debtor from leaving the country until payment is made. It can be issued for debts over AED 10,000 under specific conditions and with sufficient evidence. It is a powerful pressure tool that often forces the debtor into immediate settlement to avoid travel disruption.
Timing depends on the type of debt and the debtor's response:

Formal Notice: 14-day response period
Payment Order: 7–21 days to issue
Regular Suit: 3–6 months for simple commercial judgments
Enforcement: Weeks to months depending on the debtor's assets
